Addison and Gwynnie have a blast reading along with certain books. One of Gwynnie's favorites(and Daddy's for that matter) is Llama Llama Red Pajama. The book was a Christmas gift from Uncle Ben, Aunt Stephanie, and cousins Benjamin and Lilly Antoinette. The video gives you an idea of our enjoyment reading this book together. Of course, the competition for finishing sentences gets a little intense at times, but for the most part, the sisters have learned to take turns.
P.S. I have to share an hilarious story about Gwynnie. The other day, after both went down for a nap, Gwynnie alarmingly began to scream/cry. Chelsey hustled into her room (she was an athlete, you know, so you can imagine the quickness) and as she entered she found the room to be a little dark and found it difficult to see where Gwynnie was. Chelsey began to whisper "Gwynnie", "Gwynnie"!! Chelsey looked at one end of the bed where her hamper is and saw two little feet (they were Gwynnie's) hanging out of the hamper, upside down. GWYNNIE FELL INTO THE HAMPER! The only thing you can see of her were the bottom of her feet. We believe that Gwynnie earlier heard Chelsey talking about doing some laundry and being the helper she is, she began pulling out her dirty clothes, and while reaching for some dirty socks on the bottom, fell in. We giggled all day long.
